Myth # 3- Depression will resolve in due course
Truth- No one has a choice in becoming a victim of depression and hence do not have the authority to get rid of it whenever they want. It is as adamant as other diseases not just conjured by sad thoughts yet by environmental incidences and genetics
Myth # 4- Being upfront makes it worse
Truth- Talking about your anguish with your loved ones will rid you the feeling of loneliness as they shroud you with supportiveness and love which is just what a depression struck patient needs to overcome the despair.
